Zach Wilson era Over as QB Demoted to QB3 Behind Boyle, Siemian

It’s safe to say the Zach Wilson era is over with the New York Jets. According to the New York Post, Wilson has been demoted to the team’s third QB slot, a place he should have been all season. Wilson will be on the active roster this Friday against the Dolphins but only as the team’s emergency quarterback. This means Wilson can only enter the game if both Tim Boyle, the team’s new starter, and backup Trevor Siemian are injured.

All of this of course after Wilson was benched in Sunday’s loss to the Buffalo Bills.
