Since the Jets began their rebuilding process last season, they have exactly one winning streak -- from Weeks 3-5 last year.
Three times since, they have tried to string together wins. And three times, they have flopped.
The latest mess came Sunday, in their home opener and quarterback Sam Darnold's MetLife Stadium debut. The Jets lost 20-12 to the Dolphins after falling behind 20-0 at halftime. They trailed by that margin until 11:51 remained in the third quarter.
So when will this young team finally learn how to handle prosperity and stack wins?
