Darnold, as you might've heard, got off to an awful start in his debut, with that pick-six. But he rebounded, to his credit. If he can play a turnover-free game against the Dolphins, that'll help the Jets' chances. If not, it could be a long day for Darnold and the Jets against the Dolphins, who handled Marcus Mariota and the Titans just fine last week. Darnold knows he can't get away with mistakes like that pick-six in every game.
Along those lines of Lions mistakes, the Jets got five takeaways in Detroit and scored one defensive touchdown. It's unrealistic to expect either of those things to happen every week.
