Overcast skies in Binghamton, NY, began to clear. The Fourth of July game would not be rained out. Good thing, as Tebow Mania was in full swing within the rumbling walls of NYSEG Stadium. The former New York Jet is now playing left field for the Mets’ Double-A minor-league Rumble Ponies here. The faithful have turned out.

Some wear old Jets jerseys with his number 15 on it. Others preen in new Rumble Ponies garb, hyping the team’s most famous player.
