The New York Jets may have just received tremendous news. Then again, it might be the Jacksonville Jaguars who are thinking the very same thing.
On Tuesday, Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence spoke to the media ahead of his team’s Saturday home game against Pittsburgh. While that’s certainly nothing noteworthy, what he said absolutely carries weight for the teams leading the NFL tank race.
Lawrence called this weekend’s game his “senior night,” despite the fact he’s just a junior.
“Yeah, I don’t know, it’s hard to anticipate how I’ll feel,” Lawrence said about Saturday’s matchup with Pittsburgh.
