Todd Bowles shrugs at Jets’ mounting arrests: Not our fault

Todd Bowles does not believe his team has a problem, despite Jets players having two drunken-driving incidents in the past five months and seven Jets getting arrested in the past 13 months.

“Our disciplinary process is fine,” Bowles said Tuesday. “There’s nothing wrong with the disciplinary process. The arrests are going to happen, and you deal with them as they come.”

The latest arrest occurred early Saturday, when rookie tight end Chris Herndon allegedly was involved in a crash on Interstate 80, a short distance from the Jets’ training center. Herndon was arrested at the scene and charged with DWI after failing a Breathalyzer exam.
