Todd Bowles isn’t much into scoreboard watching. The man who has the Jets on a three-game winning streak and in position to make the playoffs with three games to go says he’s not worried about myriad postseason scenarios surrounding his team.
“I’m just rooting for our team right now,” the Jets coach said. “Everything else will take care of itself. We don’t go into the season rooting for certain teams, so I’m not going to end the season rooting for a certain team. I’m just going to root for us and hope we do well.”
Bowles’ plan, as it’s been, is to just focus on the task at hand.
