EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- In a surprise, running back Zac Stacy is inactive for the New York Jets, who face the Cleveland Browns Sunday in the season opener.

Jets coach Todd Bowles has opted to dress only two running backs for the game: Chris Ivory and Bilal Powell.
