On Monday night, during the second quarter of the New York Giants‘ loss to the Dallas Cowboys, a black cat appeared on the field at MetLife Stadium. Whether the cat contributed to the Giants’ woes thereafter is yet to be determined. However, it did become a viral sensation overnight.
The cat ended up running into one of the tunnels at the stadium, never to be seen again. And as of Wednesday, we still don’t know the whereabouts of the feline. According to the MetLife Stadium Twitter account, the search for the viral black cat is still on.
