The future of the franchise rests on the right arm of second-year quarterback Sam Darnold. The Jets have made this offseason all about Darnold, and rightfully so. Coach Adam Gase was hired with an eye toward his work with quarterbacks, and with Darnold’s seal of approval after the two had a conversation before Gase was hired. Le’Veon Bell and Jamison Crowder were signed to give Darnold more weapons.
