Denver Broncos head coach Sean Payton made headlines earlier today with his critical comments about the New York Jets. Payton compared the Jets to the disastrous 2022 Broncos team and insinuated he believes the Jets are going to have a disappointing 2023 season.
Naturally, Jets head coach Robert Saleh was asked about Payton’s comments after practice on Wednesday.
“I’m not going acknowledge Sean on that. He’s been in the league a while, he can say whatever the hell he wants. But as far as what we have going on here, I kind of live by a saying, ‘If you ain’t got no haters, you ain’t popping.
