The NY Jets have waived kicker Sam Ficken and activated guard Greg Van Roten.
The NY Jets have announced a few roster moves ahead of their season finale against the New England Patriots on Sunday including the departure of kicker Sam Ficken and the return of an offensive line starter.
The Jets announced on Saturday that they had waived Ficken seemingly ending his tenure with the organization. They also announced that Greg Van Roten had been activated from injured reserve.
Finally, the Jets also signed linebacker Sharif Finch and defensive lineman Tanzel Smart from the practice squad and elevated linebackers Brady Sheldon and Noah Dawkins from the practice squad.
