The NY Jets clearly made it a priority to address their offensive line on Day 1 of the 2021 NFL Draft trading up nine spots to select standout USC offensive lineman Alijah Vera-Tucker.
Vera-Tucker is expected to slot in alongside 2020 first-round pick Mekhi Becton to provide the Jets with two young, foundational pieces along the offensive line.
And after failing to address arguably the Jets’ biggest need in free agency, the Jets made sure to make it a top priority in the draft.
