The NFL preseason is less than two weeks away, but the New York Jets aren’t going to spoil their fans just yet.

Speaking to the media on Friday, Jets head coach Robert Saleh announced that the team is unlikely to play its starters in the Hall of Fame game against the Cleveland Browns on Aug. 3. Instead, the third-year head coach will opt to give his younger players more run.

Saleh implied that the Jets will use team activities and other opportunities during training camp to make the day-to-day activities feel less like a chore to the players.
