According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the New York Jets will kick off the NFL’s 2023 preseason on August 3 when they take on the Cleveland Browns in Canton, Ohio for the league’s annual Hall of Fame Game.

This means the Jets will play four preseason games this season, rather than the customary total of three that was enacted in 2021.
