The 2023 NFL Comeback Player of the Year award finalists were announced on Thursday afternoon.
There was only one problem – New York Jets star Breece Hall was not among them.
Making the list over Hall were Joe Flacco, Damar Hamlin, Baker Mayfield, Matthew Stafford, and Tua Tagovailoa.
The announcement drew the attention of the Jets’ social media team, who responded with a short answer on Twitter.

From an objective standpoint, it is insane that Hall did not qualify as a finalist for the award.
