General manager Joe Douglas and the rest of the NY Jets organization believe that Robert Saleh is the guy to lead them back to the playoffs and bring that attitude back to the Jets organization.
Something that Adam Gase didn’t do in his two-year stint with the team.
Saleh started from the bottom of the coaching ladder. His first job was being a graduate assistant for Michigan State until he got his first NFL opportunity as a coaching intern with the Houston Texans in 2005.
