New York Jets trying a different strategy with linebacker C.J. Mosley

New York Jets linebacker C.J. Mosley hasn’t exactly had an ideal season in his first year with his new team. Mosley played just one half of football before exiting in the Jets Week 1 loss to the Buffalo Bills.

And since then, Mosley has been able to suit up for just one game — a 33-0 thrashing at the hands of the New England Patriots six weeks later.

The former Baltimore Ravens linebacker has been battling a groin injury that has lingered significantly longer than anyone thought it would. The injury initially wasn’t feared to be too significant with the hope that he would return soon after Week 1.
