Marqui Christian makes his triumphant return to the New York Jets.
On Wednesday, Joe Douglas’s team signed the veteran safety to the active roster. He was previously a member of the Chicago Bears practice squad, having signed there Sept. 21.
Christian, 25, was drafted by the Arizona Cardinals in the fifth round of the 2016 NFL Draft. Unfortunately, he was waived before he could hit the field, but the Los Angeles Rams quickly snagged him prior to the 2016 season.
Remember, Christian was signed by Douglas in the offseason, but the transaction failed to finalize during the late stages.
