The New York Jets are in the market for a backup QB this offseason and they’re in luck because the Denver Broncos just released former Super Bowl MVP, Joe Flacco. Over the last couple of seasons, Joe Flacco has been average at best as a starter, his recent stint in Denver was a complete failure and more likely than not ended his career as a starting quarterback. Last season the Jets learned the importance of backup QB’s when they struggled to put any points on the board for four straight weeks due to Sam Darnold being out with mono.
