The first official day of training camp brings New York Jets fans the necessary news to get the season moving. According to multiple reports, the team has played two rookies on the COVID-19 reserve list while a veteran opts out of the season altogether.
Bryce Hall and Shyheim Carter are the two rookies who have been placed on that dreaded COVID-19 reserve list.
Not all hope is lost, however. As ESPN’s Rich Cimini points out, a player does not need to test positive for COVID-19 to be placed on this special 2020 reserve list.
