Diets are so yesterday, right? Wrong! Jamal Adams is bringing the diet fad to the New York Jets for his offseason and hoping it’ll help in a big way.
So, what exactly does that diet look like? For Adams, he let reporters know just how serious he is about this, according to ESPN’s Rich Cimini.
“I stopped eating fried food,” Adams told reporters. “I eat fish, anything that’s grilled, basically. I’m trying new things. I didn’t eat asparagus; now I eat asparagus…I’m stepping up my game as far as my diet.”
According to Cimini, Adams’ inspiration comes from seeing Tom Brady and LeBron James and their extensive diets.
