After suffering a broken bone in his foot at the New York Jets‘ facility a few days ago, Quinnen Williams has undergone successful surgery according to Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network.

The initial report from Pelissero that was shared three days ago stated that Williams was expected to be out for somewhere from 8-10 weeks, but today’s report states that the “Average recovery is 10-12 weeks and they’ll [the Jets] be cautious.
