DENVER, CO—One, two, three … four? A New York Jets victory against the Broncos in Denver on Sunday will give Robert Saleh’s team its fourth-straight victory.
Who would have thought?
Well, for one, Saleh himself, the man who publicly told the world he was taking receipts after his team’s disappointing opening-season loss to the Baltimore Ravens. And, quite frankly, that’s the kind of attitude an organization needs when attempting to turn around a struggling football program.
The leader (and sub-leaders) must believe that it will turn around. Not only does Saleh fall under that category, but general manager Joe Douglas does as well, and it appears as though many of the Baby Jets—as the kids are calling them these days—are also on board.
