The New York Jets announced on Friday the claiming of quarterback Luke Falk off waivers.

Falk, 24, reunites with head coach Adam Gase. The pair spent time together in Miami, where Falk served as a backup to Ryan Tannehill and Brock Osweiler. He was placed on injured reserve in October with a wrist ailment. Falk was released by the Dolphins earlier this week.
There will be a bit of a flair for west coast dramatics in the Jets’ quarterback room this offseason.
