After a thrilling first round of the 2022 NFL draft, New York Jets general manager Joe Douglas kept the excitement going early on day two.
The Jets traded a fifth-round pick to the New York Giants to jump up two spots from the 38th to 36th pick, where they would select the consensus top running back in the class, Iowa State’s Breece Hall.
Hall is a very young prospect who will turn 21 later this month. Pairing Hall up with second-year running back Michael Carter gives the Jets a fun, young duo.
