FLORHAM PARK, N.J. – Mike Maccagnan admitted he’s a “little frustrated” by the Jets' record, but he’s excited about Sam Darnold’s development and where he can take them in the future with more help.
Maccagnan stressed that the Jets’ losing record is because of how young and injured they’ve been. But it hasn’t deterred the Jets’ general manager’s hope that they can still be a playoff team this year before what will be a very busy offseason for Maccagnan.
“I feel very good about where the team is right now,” Maccagnan said Thursday. “There’s a lot of young players.
