New York Jets safety Jaiquawn Jarrett got to relive his high school glory days Tuesday night.
Jarrett, who played at Fort Hamilton High School in Brooklyn, attended the Empire Challenge football game Tuesday night between New York City All-Stars and Long Island All-Stars at Hofstra University's James M. Shuart Stadium.
But unlike the time when Jarrett helped the New York City team to a win in 2007, this year's New York City All-Stars wasn't as successful as it fell to Long Island, 34-26, in front of 9,268 fans.
"Getting to play in this game, it was just exciting for us to get out there one last time as high school players and get it done," Jarrett said while watching the game from the New York City sideline.
