FLORHAM PARK, N.J. -- Joe Anderson is no ordinary Joe, according to New York Jets coach Todd Bowles.
"You appreciate the effort," Bowles said Thursday of the Jets' newest practice-squad player. "The real world is tough, it's tough out there. We're fortunate enough to coach and play this game. For someone to have that type of hunger -- I'm sure there are many others -- and gets a chance to play, you can't help but tip you hat."
