The Jets’ contingency plan for replacing soon-to-be retired left tackle D’Brickashaw Ferguson includes a familiar face.

A source confirmed Friday night that the team plans to re-sign free agent Ben Ijalana, Ferguson’s former backup, to help address their offensive line needs.

The Jets originally claimed Ijalana off waivers in 2013, but he barely saw action in three seasons with the team.

The Villanova product was inactive for all 16 games in 2013 and the first six contests of the 2014 season. He was used on two plays in three different road games in 2014.

Ijalana, 26, was a second-round pick of the Colts in 2011 but played only four games his rookie year before tearing a knee ligament.
