Frankie Luvu will get another shot with the Gang Green after being signed as an undrafted free agent in his rookie campaign. Out of Washington State, Luvu was initially on the practice squad, but quickly matriculated to the active roster at the beginning of the season.
As for expectations, Luvu exceeded them, defying the odds to even make the Jets roster. Luvu went further than just making the roster, ending the season with 3 sacks. The Jets will expect Luvu be a situational pass rusher and special teams man in the 2019 season.
