Jets tight end Ryan Griffin, who recently signed a new three-year, $10.8 million contract with the team, catches up with Post columnist Steve Serby for some Q&A.
Q: How have you gotten on the same page lately with Sam Darnold?
A: When he ended up coming back [from mono], I just made a couple of plays for him, and I think we got comfortable with each other. That, and a lot more practice reps, which I was lacking earlier in the year.
Q: What kind of ball does he throw?
A: A bullet.
