The Jets have made four player transactions, signing wide receiver Anthony Kelly and defensive lineman Christo Bilukidi, have waived/injured DL Julien Obioha, and placing WR Chris King on Reserve/Did Not Report.
Kelly (6'2", 210) was signed as an undrafted free agent by Tampa Bay on May 2 after four seasons at Kutztown University in which he posted career totals of 97 receptions, 1,406 receiving yards (14.5 yards/catch) and 22 touchdowns. He was waived by the Buccaneers last week.
Bilukidi (6'5", 310) was a veteran free agent who entered the NFL as a sixth-round pick by Oakland out of Georgia State in 2012.
