“We thank the Jets for this generous donation,” said Donald Douglas, executive director of the PSAL, during Tuesday's check presentation. “With the Jets being a partner with PSAL and educating the student athletes within the public school system and really believing and investing in the public school system is really tremendous for us.”
Youth football is one of the pillars for the New York Jets community relations department and being able to donate a significant amount of funds for the Jets Heads Up program is appreciated by everyone involved.
“We feel so blessed and honored to be working with the Jets,” said Eagle Academy III head coach Kevin Williams.
