Jets expected to hire ex-Bills coordinator Rick Dennison as offensive line coach, report says

The Jets are expected to hire former Bills offensive coordinator Rick Dennison, who was recently fired by Buffalo, as their offensive line coach and running game coordinator, according to ESPN.

Dennison would replace Steve Marshall, who spent three seasons as the Jets' offensive line coach before being fired Wednesday.

Dennison, 59, would work under new offensive coordinator Jeremy Bates, who has a passing-oriented background. Bates was the Jets' quarterbacks coach before they promoted him to the coordinator role, to replace John Morton, who was fired after just one season on the job.
