Jets castoff Jachai Polite is getting another shot.
The talented pass-rushing linebacker, who racked up more than $100,000 in Jets fines before being cut just months after being drafted, signed with the Rams practice squad on Tuesday, according to Pro Football Talk.
On Monday, Polite was released from the Seahawks’ practice squad Monday after a three-week stint. It’s unclear what led to Polite being cut because practice squad players are axed all the time without fanfare.
Polite reportedly scared teams off during their interviews with him at the NFL Scouting Combine and spent about 10 percent of his $1.
