The New York Jets opted to make zero quarterback moves on Monday or Tuesday this week, and in this case, the silence says just as much as any signing probably would.
With both Tyrod Taylor and Justin Fields nursing injuries, it would’ve been easy to assume the team might bring in outside help this week. Instead, the Jets didn’t host a single quarterback on a workout on either Monday or Tuesday.
The only player the Jets brought in for a workout on Tuesday was defensive end Kingsley Jonathan, who was ultimately signed to the practice squad.
