FLORHAM PARK, N.J. — Calvin Pryor is fine with people making him out to be “the bad guy.” But the Jets safety set the record straight — again — on Ryan Tannehill’s “classless” comment. “I just had to let him know, it never would have happened if you wouldn’t have put your player in that position,” Pryor said of the Dolphins quarterback ripping him for celebrating a hard hit on receiver Rishard Matthews.
Pryor said he was “shocked” Tannehill called him out postgame. “You just lost the game, I’m not thinking you’re going to make it about me and that one play,” Pryor said Wednesday.
