Sam Darnold will have a familiar face by his side next season.
The Jets traded up one spot in the third round with the Vikings to select USC offensive tackle Chuma Edoga with the No. 92 overall pick of Friday’s NFL draft. The Vikings also received a seventh-round pick (217th overall).
Edoga played with Gang Green’s franchise quarterback as a member of the Trojans.
