LONDON — As the Jets celebrated in their Wembley Stadium locker room Sunday evening, after beating the Dolphins 27-14, it was almost easy to forget, at the end of this whirlwind weekend, that the Jets had not long ago boarded a flight here.
They took a red eye Thursday night, and while many of them put on a happy face Friday during interviews (a few hours after they arrived), they were an exhausted bunch. Several players said as much in the locker room Sunday. Veteran outside linebacker Calvin Pace came right out and said it Friday.
