Jets allow Jason Myers and Andre Roberts to walk

One of the only positive things about the 2018 Jets was the performance by their special teams. But the Jets are choosing to let two of their key special teamers walk in free agency.

Kicker Jason Myers, who made the Pro Bowl, signed with the Seahawks on Wednesday and all-pro kick returner Andre Roberts agreed to a deal with the Bills a few hours later. The Roberts deal is for three years and $18 million, according to a source.

The Jets had interest in bringing back both players, but their markets in free agency got too high for the Jets, according to a source.
