Jeremy Kerley among those injured in Jets' win over Falcons

One by one they left the MetLife Stadium field, either under their own power or with the help of a Jets trainer or team doctor.

In the wake of their second preseason game, and their first win, questions loom over the health of several Jets players and their status for next week's rivalry game against the Giants.

Jets head coach Todd Bowles said three players suffered concussions in Friday night's 30-22 win over the Falcons: slot receiver Jeremy Kerley, running back Daryl Richardson and safety Durell Eskridge.

Receiver Shaq Evans (back sprain) also left the game, along with offensive lineman Ben Ijalana (knee) and cornerback Dashaun Phillips (ribs).
