The New York Jets will return from their bye week today to take on the Cleveland Browns in Week 10. The Jets are fresh off their first victory of the season in a thrilling 39-38 win over the Cincinnati Bengals a couple of weeks ago.
But more importantly, the Jets are just days removed from one of the most shocking and significant days in franchise history. Last Tuesday, they traded away All-Pro cornerback Sauce Gardner and star defensive tackle Quinnen Williams in a pair of deadline deals that completely altered the trajectory of the organization.
The Jets will now look to move forward in a new era without two of their three franchise cornerstones.
