In somewhat of a surprising development at 1 Jets Drive during day 1 of OTA’s, star wide receiver Garrett Wilson met with the media and said he wants to work out a long-term deal with the team.
Often down, despondent and downtrodden as the losses have piled up in recent years, there was some speculation that Wilson would want to go play for a proven winner. But that’s not the case according to the ascending young star.
Garrett Wilson said last season he was "unhappy losing — but not unhappy".
"When we do this thing here in the near future it'll feel that much better.
