The New York Jets have officially locked in their superstar wide receiver for the next few seasons. Garrett Wilson and the Jets have agreed to a four-year, $130 million contract extension that includes $90 million guaranteed, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Wilson becomes the first wide receiver in NFL history to average over $31 million per season on a second contract after just three seasons in the league. The new deal, negotiated by agents Jeff Nalley and Graylan Crain of CAA with Jets execs Nick Sabella and Darren Mougey, ties Wilson to the team through the 2030 season.
