Wayne Chrebet channeled his inner MJ while trying to win a fantasy baseball championship.
The former Jets wide receiver participated in FanDuel’s World Fantasy Baseball Championship in Las Vegas on Saturday, earning $25,000 for finishing in 29th place in the 90-person field. He donned a throwback Michael Jordan No. 45 White Sox jersey during the event.
"I had a great time in Vegas and I’m fortunate for the opportunity FanDuel was able to provide,” Chrebet said. “I enjoyed the competition this past weekend and look forward to hopefully qualifying for future FanDuel events.”
Chrebet had won a qualifier on July 1 to gain entry into the championship.
