Wayne Chrebet became a fan favorite among Jets supporters for his hard-nosed play and clutch catches en route to becoming one of the best receivers in franchise history. Now he has a chance to be known for his fantasy expertise, and it’s not in the sport he played for a living.
The 2014 Jets Ring of Honor inductee will be one of 90 participants in next month’s FanDuel World Fantasy Baseball Championship in Las Vegas, where the first-place prize is $1 million. He began playing daily fantasy games on FanDuel during football season last year and played some basketball before baseball season.
