It was a great day to be a New York Jets fan on Sunday, as they faced off against the Cleveland Browns at MetLife Stadium. Not only did Gang Green win their second game of the season, but they also earned their first home victory. Their first win came on the road against the Cincinnati Bengals, so now the Jets have one win at home and one on the road — not bad for a team that’s clearly not giving up halfway through the season.
What made this game historic was the Jets’ incredible special teams performance. The team recorded both a kickoff return and a punt return touchdown in the same game — a first in franchise history.
