Mario arrived shortly after, wearing his iconic fleece vest and orange Crocs. Mario is famously known as a chef and his cooking is viewed on shows like “The Chew” on ABC and “Molto Mario” on the Food Network. He operates 26 restaurants and has authored 10 cookbooks.
We sat down at a round table located in the back of the restaurant. Mario ordered several dishes for the table. I tried the pepperoni pizza, the marinara pizza, and the baby spinach, ricotta and truffle honey salad, and finished with four different kinds of gelato, the olive oil gelato being my favorite.
