With the Browns on the verge of trading troubled wide receiver Josh Gordon to the Patriots (according to NFL Network), the question for the Jets becomes: Will Gordon torment them?
The Jets, of course, visit the Browns on Thursday night. They don't host the Patriots until Week 12 and don't visit them until Week 17 -- plenty of time for Gordon to get up to speed with quarterback Tom Brady and Co.
Gordon, who turned 27 in April, is still reasonably young. But he hasn't done much of anything since his standout season in 2013, when he was a first-team All-Pro, and had 1,646 yards (most in the league that year) and nine touchdowns.
